How to order

You can purchase products from our store online, by phone, or via email.

Online Order

The product you wish to order can be found using the menu at the top of the page, which contains product categories, the menu on the right side with all categories and subcategories, or the search bar. Once you click to order, the product will automatically be added to your shopping cart.

After adding all the products you want to order to the cart, the purchase process continues by clicking the button and proceeding to the checkout page. On the checkout page, you will need to provide the following information:

• Delivery Method
• Order Details: Full name, complete address (County, City, Street, Number, Building, Floor, Apartment, Intercom if applicable).
• Payment Method: Choose how you will pay for the order: Cash on delivery, Card, or Bank Transfer.

Using your username and password, you can log in to view your order history, check the status of current orders, edit/delete your profile, or place future orders without re-entering your contact details.

Email Order

You can send your order via email to ansil2004@gmail.com:

• Delivery Method
• Order Details: Full name, complete address (Country, County, City, Street, Number, Building, Floor, Apartment, Intercom if applicable).
• Specify the desired products: Product name, product code, or product link.

There is no minimum order value required.
